Crimson Horizon, 2026, watercolor and acrylic, 15” × 11”

 “Crimson Horizon” captures the dramatic beauty and intensity of a mountain landscape at sunset. The glowing sky, filled with fiery reds, oranges, and yellows, contrasts with the cool purples and blues of the mountains, creating a sense of both warmth and tranquility. The winding river draws the viewer into the scene, while the vibrant autumn trees add movement and life to the composition. Using watercolor and acrylic, I focused on layering bold, saturated colors with expressive brushwork to emphasize the atmosphere and emotion of nature.
